Hi! I’m Lindsley Field.

My path as a healer began in childhood, long before I had language for the gifts I carried. I grew up navigating trauma and instability, and from a very young age my intuitive senses were heightened. I could feel the emotions of others, sense danger before it came, and hear or see what others couldn’t. These abilities helped me survive, but they also revealed something essential: I was wired to perceive the world in a deeper, more energetic way.

Nature was my sanctuary, animals were my first companions, and the “unseen realms” were a place where I felt safe, welcomed, and understood. I now recognize these early experiences as the beginnings of my intuitive, clairvoyant, and clairaudient gifts—and the foundation of the healer I would eventually become.

As I grew older, I began to understand the impact of early trauma and the fragmentation it can create in the soul. My healing journey became a steady process of reclaiming lost parts of myself, finding my voice, and remembering why I came here. Each step along the way guided me closer to my purpose.

A major turning point came when I received my first Reiki training as a young mother. The experience felt like a homecoming—an unexpected return to myself that awakened a sense of empowerment and clarity. I continued through the full lineage of Usui and Karuna® Reiki trainings, eventually opening my healing practice and sharing this work with others.

Another profound shift came through my training in the Trager® Approach, a somatic modality that brought healing through gentle movement and deep listening to the body. Becoming a certified Trager® Practitioner opened new layers of transformation for me and expanded the way I understood the relationship between body, mind, and spirit.

Years later, I was invited by Native American shaman, visionary, and author Joseph Rael, Beautiful Painted Arrow, to study at his Mystery School in New Mexico. His teachings and life-changing dance ceremonies deepened my connection to spirit, opened new dimensions of insight, and clarified the truth I had been moving toward all my life: I am here to help others find their way home to themselves.

My own healing path—intuitive, somatic, spiritual, and deeply personal—has shaped everything I offer today. The work I do is rooted in lived experience, guided by spirit, and supported by decades of practice and study. It is my passion and my purpose to hold a sacred, compassionate space for others as they heal, awaken, and remember who they truly are.
